Terms & Conditions:
· Room rates are payable in advance at booking
· Deposit 5000 Baht or comp. amount in foreign currency, long term rates deposit 1 month
· Monthly rates are not included water, electricity, bed sets and maid service.
· Room cleaning service including bed sets and bed set laundry is available - daily service
at 2,500 Baht per month or Service 2-times per week at 1,200 Baht per month.
· Payment by credit cards are subjected to 3% bank charges.
· American Breakfast is available at additional charge of THB 90 per pax/day.
· Rates are subject to changes
· Internet in room is free of charge (all room types)
All rooms are fully equipped including air conditioning, TV, kitchen with fridge & microwave, digital safe etc.
